Frontline Officer- Finance & Accounts (MIS & Costing) - Madhya Pradesh | Grasim Chlor Alkali | Chemicals

1- Accounting: Manage Accounts receivables, over dues and payables 

2- Payments & Bill Passing: Timely pass bill and payments to vendors 

3- System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements

4- Acting as core FI member - Being responsible for core FI members, co-ordinating  with different members of accounts for systems related issues. Taking up the SAP issues with site I.T. and Central IT for quicker resolution. Imparting training to Accounts team for SAP - HANA related developments.

5- CAPEX & OPEX Accounting & Monitoring: 

• Accuracy and timeliness of CAPEX/OPEX reporting.
• Timely completion of budget-versus-actual analysis.
• Timely preparation and resolution of bank reconciliations.
• Accuracy and timely reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Accuracy of SAP PS project budgets, commitments and actual cost reporting.

6- Compliance & Audit : Ensure compliance with company policies, delegated financial authority and applicable accounting requirements.

7- Planning, Budgeting & MIS: 

• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities with relevant departments.
• Analyze financial variances and provide explanations for deviations from approved budgets.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports covering expenditure, commitments, project costs and budget utilization.
