Fuel System Design and Development

Requirement:

1. Min 10- 15 years of experience in Automotive Energy system (Fuel), Brake and Hydraulic Lines design and development for Passenger Cars. Additional knowledge of Engine and Battery Cooling lines would be an advantage
2. Proficient in Hydraulic Lines Concept development considering Package, Manufacturing, Tooling, Assembly, Material and Coatings, Torque, Tolerance, Testing & Global Certification requirements
3. Knowledge of upcoming technological development in the field of Joining, Quick Connectors, End Forms for Leak proof methodologies
4. Experience of working with Tubes and Piping, Sheet Metal and Plastic Parts design
5. Should have worked on at least one concept development program for responsible engineers.
6. Able to work independently with minimum support to handle Global programs from India
7. Hands-on experience of working and steering suppliers to ensure timely development as per the project milestones
8. Min 1 years’ experience in Siemens NX Part Design, Surface Design, Drawings, Product Life Cycle tools & GD & T. Awareness of automation tools would be an added advantage.
9. Knowledge in documentation & release management process using a PDM / Smaragd
10. Open to travel outside of India on short notice
11. Working experience with International Projects & multicultural environment would be desirable

Job Profile:

1. Design & Development of Energy (Fuel), Brake and Hydraulic Lines design and development 
2. Release & documentation of Hydraulic Lines in PLM as per Project cycle
3. Report and Participate in Project meetings to ensure all project milestones are met and timely escalated
4. Must be Good Team Player and should put Team and Project Object first before Self
5. Should be able to work independently with little / no supervision
6. Must be able to analyze the problems and propose solutions
7. Excellent in planning, execution and prioritizing work in different situations
8. A good initiate taker and able to push self and other to achieve self, Team and project goals
9. Assist team leader to achieve Company goals / objectives.
