enables Mutual Funds, AMCs, PMS, and AIFs to transform regulatory compliance
into a streamlined, automated, and insight-driven process.

expand, we are building the next generation of AI-led products and solutions
for the WealthTech industry.
We are especially
seeking someone with strong hands-on experience in Python, React.js, AWS, and
modern full-stack development, with the ability to own and deliver features
end-to-end.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
·Own and deliver features end-to-end,
from requirement analysis through production deployment.
·Design, develop, test, deploy,
and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
·Translate business requirements
into effective and maintainable technical solutions.
·Participate in technical
design, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and
production support.
·Ensure code quality,
performance, security, and maintainability through engineering best practices.
·Troubleshoot complex technical
issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.
·Collaborate with
cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
·Mentor junior developers and
contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
·Demonstrate strong ownership
and leadership potential, with a path toward a Technical Lead / Engineering
Leadership role.
Requirements
·Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Python, with expertise in FastAPI,
Flask, and/or Django; REST API development and backend engineering.
·Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript,
including modern frontend development and API integration.
·Database: Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, database design,
SQL, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
·Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS and deployment of cloud-based
applications.
·DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated
build, testing, and deployment processes.
·SDLC: Strong understanding of the complete software development
lifecycle from requirements, design, development, testing, and code review
to deployment and production support.
·Engineering Practices: Experience with code reviews, testing, debugging, API design,
production support, and scalable application development.
·Communication: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
