Job Description
We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while continuing to grow and expand your skills in both front-end and back-end development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•
Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
•
Develop new features and infrastructure in support of growing business needs and project requirements
•
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design
•
Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
•
Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
•
Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
•
Build user interfaces using modern web technologies(React, Node, etc)
•
Design and implement server-side logic using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python or similar.
•
Work with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.), ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
•
Create and maintain RESTful APIs for data integration and communication between the front-end and back-end.
•
Write unit tests, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

4+ years of experience in full stack web development.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
•
Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar
•
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and writing complex queries using MYSQL
•
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
•
Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
•
Experience with unit testing and test-driven development. Experience in unit/integration testing
•
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile development environment.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Additional skills
•
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
•
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
•
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
•
Understanding of microservices architecture.
