About the role
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale complex employee engagement software with a rich analytical UI.
- Work on topical text analysis and other data analysis/ML projects.
- Implement an architecture that will scale as the product grows.
- Own the process, architecture, and infrastructure of the entire product.
- Ensure your code is reliable by writing unit tests.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve your objective.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the MERN stack.
- Full-stack development experience.
- Experience mentoring and leading engineers.
