About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend applications usingReact.jsandNext.js.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs usingPython Django.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Debug and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 yearsof hands-on development experience.
- Strong proficiency inReact.jsand its core principles.
- Experience withNext.jsfor server-side rendering and performance optimization.
- Proficient inPython Djangofor building backend APIs and web applications.
- Good understanding ofHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ES7).
- Experience withRESTful APIdesign and integration.
- Strong knowledge ofGit, version control, and branching strategies.
- Familiarity withunit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience withTypeScript.
- Familiarity withPostgreSQLorMySQL.
- Experience withDocker,Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
- Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelinesandcloud services(AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding ofGraphQLandWebSockets.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
