About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and integrate frontend and backend components using REST APIs.
- Use AI coding assistants and LLM tools for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate AI services and APIs into applications and implement RAG-based features where required.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD activities.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to accelerate software delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Java full-stack development experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development and SDLC.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Knowledge of AI integration concepts; model training is not required.
- Ability to deliver scalable applications without compromising code quality.
