About the role
Requirements:
- 4-6 years full-stack engineering.
- Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
- Strong backend expertise: Python (FastAPI/Django) and system design.
- LLM/agentic systems integration in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
- Proven experience architecting scalable web applications.
- Deep databases, caching, and API design at scale.
- Track record mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong ownership mindset and AI-first working style.
Nice-to-Have:
- Event-driven and real-time architectures (WebSockets, SSE, Kafka).
- Cloud and DevOps fluency for end-to-end ownership (AWS/GCP, Docker, K8s).
