About the role
ISR is the entity in charge of the Cybersecurity for Société Générale.
Lead and manage MIBS sec team in GSC across operations and delivery
- Act as the primary operational interface with the MIBS CISOs
- Ensure alignment with global cybersecurity strategy and priorities
- Provide regular activity, delivery, and performance reporting to the CISO and stakeholders
- Ensure service commitments, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met
- Identify risks, delivery gaps, and improvement opportunities proactively. Lead continuous service improvement initiatives
- Own resource planning, staffing, and capacity management
- Ensure teams are appropriately skilled and trained to meet current and future needs
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Improve service quality, scalability, and operational resilience
