Job Summary:
PUNO is seeking a skilled and motivated Game Technician to manage and maintain our arcade games, bowling alleys, and other gaming equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring an excellent gaming experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games and gaming equipment.
· Perform regular maintenance and servicing of bowling alleys to ensure optimal functionality.
· Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues with gaming systems.
· Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.
· Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth functioning of games.
· Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
· Adhere to safety standards and protocols while handling technical equipment.
· Provide on-site technical support during events and peak hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
· 2+ years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gaming equipment, arcade machines, or bowling alleys.
· Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
· Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
