About the role
What you´ll do
- Execute product analysis, testing, and validation activities for product development projects, primarily within the automotive segment.
- Document experimental procedures, test results, and project progress accurately in laboratory systems.
- Organize, record, and present data from experiments and testing activities.
- Analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend next steps for product improvement and development.
- Identify opportunities for new technologies, product enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Support manufacturing teams in ensuring consistent product quality and process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Production, Sales, and Application Development teams to address customer and business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and laboratory standards while handling materials and operating equipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects within the Product Development function.
