Role:- Chief AI Officer
Experience Range:- 4 to 10 Yrs
Location:- Gurgaon
Must Have:-
- Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards and ISO 20022.
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms, MLOps, and data governance.
- Ability to balance innovation with regulatory compliance in banking and capital markets.

- Strategic AI Leadership
- Develop an AI roadmap for TCS BaNCS products, focusing on automation in Corporate Actions and related financial operations.
- Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI for document automation, intelligent reporting, and conversational interfaces.
- AI Governance & Compliance
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI and GenAI use in financial services, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards (MiFID, FATCA, ISO 20022).
- Oversee risk management for AI deployments in sensitive financial domains.
