The General Manager – Architecture will lead the Architecture and Interior Design functions across multiple real estate projects. The role is responsible for design strategy, project planning, consultant management, execution support, value engineering, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality architectural and interior design solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and manage the Architecture and Interior Design teams across multiple projects.
• Drive conceptual planning, design development, and execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, design specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate with Projects, Planning, MEP, Liaison, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage external architects, interior designers, landscape consultants, and design agencies.
• Ensure compliance with DCPR regulations, statutory requirements, building codes, and local authority norms.
• Monitor project design schedules and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related challenges during execution.
• Evaluate value engineering proposals while maintaining design quality and functionality.
• Monitor architectural and interior budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct regular design review meetings and site inspections to ensure quality implementation.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with project presentations, brochures, sample flats, and customer-facing design initiatives.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and industry best practices across all projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registered Architect will be preferred.

• Minimum 18 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design within the Real Estate industry.
• Strong experience in residential high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
