About the role

·      Define and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business and ESG objectives·      Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build competency frameworks across roles·      Design and deploy technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training programs·      Lead blue-collar and site-based workforce skilling initiatives at scale·      Drive leadership development and succession planning programs·      Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning tools·      Ensure safety, statutory, and ESG training coverage across locations·      Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact through MIS and dashboards·      Manage L&D budgets, trainers, and external training partners·      Collaborate with business, operations, and HR leaders for capability building
