Position Overview:

As the General Manager – Leasing (Warehousing/Industrial), you will play a pivotal role in driving the leasing vertical of our warehousing and logistics business. You will be responsible for engaging with clients,fosteringbusinessdevelopmentopportunities,andleadingateamto ensurethesuccessful leasingandoccupancyofwarehousing facilities and our clients. Thisroleofferstheopportunityto showcase your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and industryexpertise in optimizing leasing outcomes and contributing to the growth of our business.

• ClientEngagement:Developandmaintainstrongrelationships withexistingand potentialclientsto understandtheir leasing needsandprovidetailoredsolutions.
  
• BusinessDevelopment:Identifynewleasingopportunities,negotiateleaseagreements, and proactivelypursue business development initiatives to expand our client base and market presence.
  
• TeamLeadership:Leadand mentorateamofleasingprofessionals,providingguidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance and adherence to leasing best practices.
  
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developmentstoinformleasingstrategies,pricingdecisions,andmarketpositioning.
  
• LeaseManagement:Overseetheend-to-endleasingprocess,fromprospectingand negotiations to lease execution and occupancy, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
  

• Bachelor'sdegree inbusinessadministration, orrelatedfield(Master's degree preferred).
  
• Minimumof 5-6 years ofexperience in leasing management, preferablyin the realestate orwarehousing industry,withatrackrecordofsuccessfullynegotiatingandclosing lease agreements.
  
• Excellent communication,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytobuild rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Strategicthinkerwiththeabilitytoanalyzemarkettrends, identifyopportunities,and develop effective leasing strategies to drive business growth.
