- Improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to set and achieve new industry benchmarks in safety and efficiency.
- Lead large-scale people transformation and culture change initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Ensure standardization of best practices across all plants.
- Strong leadership and people transformation capability
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
- Proven experience in HSSE integration within manufacturing environments
