About the role
- Revenue Generation: Take ultimate accountability for achieving the 300– 400 Cr sales booking target and maintaining healthy cash flows through regular collections.
- Team Leadership: Manage a multi-layered, sales hierarchy. Recruit, mentor, and lead Regional Sales Heads, Cluster Managers, Site Heads, and Sales teams.
- Channel Partner (Broker) Network: Build, nurture, and aggressively scale a robust network of Channel Partners, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and real estate aggregators.
