• Routing applicationdevelopment for building workflows and callflows using composer.
• Creation and use of Transaction Lists and OPMs.
• Agent Desktop application configuration using WDE.
• GMS application configuration and development.
• Working knowledge using Front ends like GA and GAX.
• Troubleshooting skills and well experienced to analyze logs of various applications like SIP,ORS,URS and MCP.
• Pulse and MI knowledge on Genesys.
