About the role
• Manage and maintain enterprise geospatial datasets and related relational/geospatial databases.
• Support ESRI platforms and enterprise GIS administration using approved environments and procedures.
• Develop, maintain and operate FME workflows for spatial ETL, schema transformation, quality checks and controlled publication.
• Assess data quality for pipeline, integrity, asset and subsurface use cases using agreed acceptance criteria.
• Check positional and CRS accuracy, geometry and topology validity, pipeline connectivity, attribute/domain completeness, unique identifiers, metadata and lineage.
• Profile datasets in ArcGIS and SQL Server geodatabases and log gaps in a prioritised data-quality register with severity and owner.
• Reconcile GIS data against approved as-built, survey, well and engineering sources.
• Prepare maps, web maps, dashboards, pipeline-routing maps, facility layouts, environmental views and approved geospatial data extracts.
• Perform spatial analysis such as proximity analysis, route assessment and asset visualisation within agreed boundaries.
• Maintain controlled documentation, metadata, issue logs and audit evidence for geospatial workflows
