Knowledge of Engineering drawings – 2D / 3D Exposure to Fixture, Tooling’s – design, development Knowledge of Process Planning - Process design. Layout planning Knowledge / awareness about TPM, Kaizens, Lean, etc. Awareness about current / Latest trends and practices in the area of New technology in Industrial Manufacturing. Proactively Identification of defects/ gaps to design foolproofings in each process. Awareness of process toolings, development, its Cost & its elements. Awareness about ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OSHA New product development and Trials Awareness of reverse engineering methodology OEE calculations / manpower calculations / time study Process audits NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
