About the role
We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional with 9-15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to US recruitment/global talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing talent acquisition activities across global markets, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering qualified talent within defined timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end global talent acquisition/recruitment processes.
- Handle US recruitment and international hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and skill needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for niche and critical positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and turnaround times.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal HR and business teams to support workforce requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
