About the role
Responsibilities:
- Idiomatic error handling, interfaces, context, module management, working mental model of the runtime and GC Go concurrency: goroutines, channels, select, sync, cancellation, and race detection.
- A Go HTTP framework or net/http ability to read and reason about production Python (mandatory for the migration) and MySQL depth Kafka in production AWS hands-on.
- Experience in REST API design (gRPC a plus), distributed systems, microservices, Docker and CI/CD, caching, observability and pprof profiling system design.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years backend engineering with substantial production Go (the primary filter).
