We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Grafana and observability tooling to join our dynamic infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring and visualization solutions that ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of our systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana.
• Integrate Grafana with Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, and other data sources.
• Develop alerting rules and escalation mechanisms based on business and technical requirements.
• Automate deployment and configuration of Grafana and related observability tools.
• Work closely with SRE, DevOps, and Development teams to identify metrics and improve monitoring coverage.
• Ensure the observability platform scales with growing infrastructure and application demands.
• Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full stack — network, application, and infrastructure.
• Stay current with industry trends in DevOps and observability.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana: dashboard creation, plugin management, templating, and alerting.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or other observability stacks.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and compliance dashboards.
• Contributions to open-source Grafana plugins or dashboards.
• Grafana Cloud or Grafana Enterprise experience.
