About the role
- Map potential partners: brokers and brokerage platforms, research tools, investor communities, newsletters and financial media.
- Reach out, learn what each partner’s users need, and shape proposals that work for both sides.
- Explore commercial arrangements, such as revenue share, licensing, platform integrations, co-branded sessions or bundled access.
- Turn signed partners into active channels: plan launches, track the demand each one generates, and keep usage growing.
- Build target lists across retail investors, independent analysts, brokerages and sell-side teams, Category III AIFs, mutual funds, PMS providers, family offices and research firms.
- Find the right users and decision-makers, run targeted outreach, and set up introductory calls and demos.
- Convert interest into trials, subscriptions and renewals. You will own conversations with individuals and smaller firms, and support senior colleagues on larger institutional ones.
- Learn from every conversation: buying triggers, willingness to pay, preferred formats, how sessions are consumed, and research needs no one meets today.
- Size and segment the market, and keep a disciplined, prioritised pipeline.
- Test channels, messages, offers and partnership models; keep what works, drop what does not.
- Track outreach, engagement, conversion, acquisition cost where measurable, and channel performance.
- Work with the research, product and content teams so sessions match investor needs.
- Turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.
- Associate: Up to 2 years of work experience.
- Intern: Final-year students and recent graduates. No prior work experience is needed.
Internship details. 6 months, full-time, with a stipend. Top performers may be considered for a full-time Associate role.Capabilities
- Clear, persuasive communication, and the patience to build relationships with people far more senior than you.
- Comfort with cold outreach and follow-up: you can open a useful conversation with someone who has never heard of us.
- Research skills to map a market, understand a business and find the right person to speak to.
- Commercial instinct: you see what a partner gains, not only what we gain.
- A habit of measuring: you track results honestly and change course.
- You take ownership and do not wait for a playbook.
- You keep going through rejection and unanswered outreach.
- You are curious about markets and how investors decide. Perhaps you already read annual reports or invest yourself.
- You work well independently in a small team where priorities shift.
- Build from an early stage. You will help design how the product reaches its market, rather than inherit a mature sales process.
- See the market from the inside. You will talk to brokers, platforms, analysts and fund teams, and learn how India’s investment ecosystem works and buys.
- Shape the product. What you hear from users will influence which sessions we make and how we package them.
- Learn by doing. Own channels and experiments, and build real skill in go-to-market, partnership economics and pricing. Interns work on live channels and real conversations, not side projects.
