About the role
What You Will Do▸ Run Campaigns: Plan, set up and execute omni-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously and building relevant customer automation journeys.▸ Track & Report: Pull campaign reports, track key metrics — open rates, click rates, conversion rates — and present performance summaries to clients on a regular basis.▸ Analyse Conversions: Go beyond vanity metrics — understand which campaigns are driving orders, revenue and repeat purchases for each client and identify what is working.▸ Optimise Campaigns: Based on performance data, suggest and implement improvements — audience segmentation, message timing, content tweaks and campaign sequencing.▸ Client Coordination: Work directly with clients to understand their campaign goals, collect content and approvals, and ensure campaigns go live on time without delays.▸ Grow Client Accounts: Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts for new use cases, new campaign types, new audience segments and drive adoption.▸ Platform Expertise: Become the internal expert on various Marketing channels and understand how they weave into WhatsApp as a central system for qualification, nurturing and conversion consistently.What We Are Looking For▸ Experience: 3–7 years in campaign management, performance marketing or growth roles — client-side or agency.▸ Data & Reporting: Comfortable pulling reports, building dashboards and presenting campaign performance data to clients or internal stakeholders.▸ Client Handling: Experience working directly with clients — managing expectations, collecting inputs and delivering results on time.▸ Analytical Mindset: You look at numbers and ask why — not just what.
