About the role
We're not looking for another marketer. We're looking for someone who can spot an opportunity before everyone else has finished discussing it.The next phase of AI isn't going to be another generic chatbot. A hallucination in a marketing draft is mildly irritating. A hallucination in a bulk chemical sourcing deal, a defence workflow or a biotech pipeline can be catastrophic. That's the difference between AI that looks impressive in a demo and AI that can be trusted to do actual work. At Infollion Third Eye, we're building for the latter.
We're building human-in-the-loop systems around specialised Small Language Models (SLMs) and domain-specific AI agents for industries where getting things wrong isn't an option. And we're looking for AI-Native Growth Hackers to help us build this business. Not traditional marketers. Not people who need a strategy deck, three alignment meetings and a committee's approval to test an idea. We're looking for people who operate somewhere between a product scout, an entrepreneur and a relentlessly curious investigator. People who can spot an interesting problem in an obscure industry, connect a few seemingly unrelated dots, and turn that insight into something tangible. The kind of people who hear about a problem and immediately wonder why nobody has built a solution for it yet.
Role - What you'll actually do
- Find the Interesting People Ideas - Map and build relationships with frontier research labs, specialised AI startups, enterprise R&D teams and people working on genuinely interesting problems.
- Find the cracks in complex industries-Get under the skin of industries like energy, biotech, chemicals and defence. Understand where existing workflows break, where inefficiencies are hiding and where specialised AI could make a meaningful difference.
- Build things. Quickly. Have an idea? Build a V1. Use no-code platforms, AI tools, APIs and scrappy scripts to turn opportunities into working MVPs. No waiting around for an internal tech queue or a perfect product roadmap. We'd rather see five imperfect experiments than one beautifully presented idea that never leaves a Google Doc.
- Turn experiments into business-Build acquisition loops, find early adopters, develop partnerships and connect frontier AI capabilities with real enterprise demand.
Who we're looking for -
- Is naturally curious and probably has far too many browser tabs open.
- Can move comfortably between technology, business and unfamiliar industries.
- Has an instinct for spotting opportunities and noticing what others overlook.
- Enjoys figuring out how things work, especially things they know very little about.
- Is commercially minded but doesn't need a business case to satisfy their curiosity.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity, resourcefulness and getting their hands dirty.
- Additional exposure to B2B sales / business development, with meaningful exposure to complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder transactions, will be plus point. Ability to operate in a 0→1 environment and create structure where a mature sales playbook does not yet exist. You will be writing that playbook, mostly by being wrong a few times first.
- It's a genuine 0→1 mandate — inside a listed company with a decade-plus expert network already built. Ambition without the usual runway anxiety.
- You'll sell into one of the few categories where the buyer is still figuring out what they need. That's harder. It's also where the interesting deals are.
- Your feedback loop is short: what you learn in the market changes our positioning and pricing, not a slide in someone's quarterly deck.
If this sounds like you:Experience level: 0 to 15 years. If it's 0, prove your potential. If it's 15, show us your closures. Everything in between should be able to argue its own case.(If you read the "0 to 15 years" line and felt personally addressed, apply.)
