About the role
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of Guidewire software solutions.
- Conduct system testing and provide support during user acceptance testing phases.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Guidewire projects and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience with Guidewire software.
- Strong understanding of the P&C insurance industry and related business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in Guidewire is a plus.
