About the role
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Guidewire applications
- Identify defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Create test plans and test strategies based on project requirements
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience as a Guidewire Tester
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
