4+ years of experience in HaloPSA with hands-on implementation and support exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support HaloPSA across client environments. Manage workflows, automation, integrations, reporting, ticketing processes, and user support. Collaborate with offshore teams and work aligned to Australian business hours (5:00 AM–1:30 PM IST).
