About the role
- Prepare and operate horizontal boring machines to bore, drill, and enlarge precise holes in large work pieces.
- Set machine parameters manually or through CNC input as per job requirements.
- Monitor machine operation continuously, ensuring compliance with dimensions specified in engineering drawings.
- Perform regular inspections throughout the manufacturing process to prevent defects.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, including lubrication, tooling checks, and cleaning.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to resolve operational problems quickly.
- Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
