- Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Technical components for global Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
- Lead technical design and development activities for Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions.
- Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Payroll Interfaces.
- Design and develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
- Work closely with onsite SMEs, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Lead offshore technical team and support end-to-end implementation activities including development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Strong experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment technical objects.
- Perform technical impact analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and provide performance optimization recommendations.
- Support SIT, UAT, mock runs, and go-live activities including defect resolution and deployment support.
- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD), integration specifications, migration documents, and deployment plans.
- Experience in security configuration, role-based access, and HCM technical troubleshooting is preferred.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle Cloud teams including FIN and SCM for enterprise-wide integrations.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud implementation standards, coding best practices, and project timelines.
- Exposure to MEA payroll/localization requirements will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and offshore-onsite coordination skills are mandatory.
