Head Architect (LD Grade)
We are hiring for a large, well-established real estate organization with high-value residential developments and strong financial governance frameworks. The client manages significant cash flows and follows robust compliance and reporting standards. Client identity will be disclosed at a later stage of the hiring process.. we are looking for Person has to keenly look into and fulfill various Projects / requirements by the Management in full capacity at desk and at site (Pan India)
ORGANISATION CHART
- This position will report to VP Project Execution
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Will have to understand the requirements from the Management and various people associated with the Family.
- Should demonstrate exception skills to undertake the task till completion – PAN INDIA Should have positive communication and good collaborative skills to have fruitful discussions with the team members and to reach to a decision.
- Should have excellent understanding and knowledge of Interiors Details, Materials, Finishes etc.
- Should be well versed with classical / modern Architecture drawings and its pertaining details.
- Should have good knowledge of Services: Structure and MEP.
- Have the capability of understanding drawings and preparing BOQ.
- Should be able to make Presentations on regular basis.
- Should have Auto CAD knowledge and be able to willingly work on it whenever required.
- Good hand on MS Office is a must. Should have good knowledge of interior styling on classical, neoclassical and Lux modern
- Should have good understanding of Project management and timelines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Have to communicate with Consultants, vendors and contractors
- Regular follow up with the stakeholders is a must
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Closely working with the Consultants and team members in the department
- Interaction with CPD and Finance department for releasing payments of outside agencies.
- Communication and working with other departments in the Organization whenever required.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Architecture.
- Should be able to independently design Public Utility buildings, Infrastructure, Corporate Institutional Buildings.
- Well versed in the following:
- Project development, Preconcept feasibility studies.
- Value engineering analysis & facilitating inputs at all stages of Design & construction.
- Design management, Design Coordination & integration of structural, MEP & IT services in design.
- Concept Design development, facilitate Detailed Design, Tender & GFC Drawings.
- Conversant with National Building Code of India (relevant segments), Local building regulations, Fire dept. regulations for High rise buildings, Compliance to Statutory norms.
- Projects Execution, Quality control, Procurement & Contract management, Change management.
- Customer Relationship Management, Environmental Compliance, Quality Management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Overall 1520 Years of Design / Project Management experience, preferable 35 years from relevant industry.
- Minimum 10 years as specific design management experience for large infrastructure projects
