Primary Responsibilities:
·Ensure the readiness of plant and infrastructure during seasonal demands (summers and monsoons), including construction of roads, drains, and horticulture development.
·Develop, review, and implement budgets, plans, estimations, and strategies for civil infrastructure projects within the plant.
·Collaborate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to consolidate civil infrastructure requirements and ensure timely execution.
·Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during site activities, and drive regular HSE initiatives.
·Lead and mentor a team of engineers, project managers, and contractors, providing guidance, resources, and support for successful project delivery.
·Manage and strengthen relationships with business partners involved in civil maintenance and capital expenditure projects.
Educational qualifications preferred: BE/BTech Civil; A Master's degree is preferred
