We are hiring for a premium real estate client known for delivering highend residential and mixeduse developments. The organization is designled, qualitydriven, and focused on creating iconic spaces with strong architectural and aesthetic value. We are looking for an experienced Head – Design to lead and drive the endtoend design vision across multiple real estate projects. The role involves overseeing architectural, interior, and allied design functions while ensuring alignment with brand vision, project feasibility, timelines, and cost parameters.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong design sensibility, stakeholder management, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design for high-end residential and luxury apartment projects
- Drive concept design, schematic design, GFCs, and execution support
- Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, and design partners
- Ensure alignment between design intent, cost, constructability, and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams: projects, planning, sales, marketing, and commercial
- Review drawings, specifications, and material selections
- Oversee design quality, compliance, and approvals
- Support value engineering while maintaining premium design standards
- Resolve design issues during construction and site execution
- Stay updated with global trends in residential architecture and design
Education:
B.Arch / M.Arch (or equivalent); additional design/management qualifications preferred.
Experience:
- 15+ years in architectural/design leadership roles
- Strong exposure to premium or luxury real estate projects
- Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong understanding of real estate development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with execution and commercial realities.
