About the role
- Strategy : The ideal HR head would be a thought leader, with an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset who can partner with the MD and Apex team to recommend, co-architect and execute appropriate people strategies to support ambitious growth plans.
- Operations : Lead a lean team of HR professionals, who can deliver excellence in all aspects of people function, including TA, C&B, L&D, performance management, employee engagement and growt
