Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Head – HVAC to manage end-to-end HVAC operations and maintenance at a university campus. The role involves ensuring efficient functioning of centralized HVAC systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, energy optimization, vendor management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC operations and maintenance across academic, residential, administrative, and common campus facilities.
- Oversee chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation systems.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage HVAC projects, vendors, AMCs, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop HVAC engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC operations and maintenance.
- Experience managing large-scale HVAC infrastructure and centralized chiller plants.
- Experience in universities, educational campuses, hotels, hospitals, commercial complexes, or integrated townships.
- Strong expertise in team leadership, vendor management, energy optimization, and project execution.
