Head Interior Design & Development will lead the architectural design function across multiple residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role is responsible for design strategy, consultant management, value engineering, statutory compliance, design coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality architectural solutions aligned with business objectives, project timelines, and cost parameters.

• Lead architectural design development from concept to project completion.
• Establish design standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
• Ensure project designs align with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project design schedules and milestones.

• Review concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC drawings.
• Ensure efficient space planning, functionality, and optimized layouts.
• Implement value engineering while maintaining quality and aesthetics.
• Recommend innovative materials and construction methodologies.

• Manage architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape architects, and interior designers.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design activities and resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure seamless integration between all project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with DCPR, NBC, Fire, Environmental, and Local Authority regulations.
• Coordinate statutory approvals with municipal and government authorities.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes and regulations.

• Provide technical support to project execution teams.
• Attend project review meetings and periodic site visits.
• Ensure timely issuance of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.

• Maintain architectural quality standards across all projects.
• Review mock-ups, materials, finishes, and design specifications.
• Monitor design deviations and implement corrective measures.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and value engineering initiatives.

• Lead and mentor the Architecture and Design team.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Drive capability development through training and knowledge sharing.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory.
• Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA), India is mandatory.
• Certification in BIM, Revit, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

• 18–20+ years of experience in Architecture and Design within the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Experience in residential high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects is preferred.

• Prior experience with reputed real estate developers is highly preferred.
