About the role
Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders.
Lead and manage all investor relations activities for the organization.
Develop and execute the company’s investor relations strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage communication with institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and potential investors.
Prepare and present investor presentations, earnings releases, quarterly updates, and investor communication materials.
Lead investor meetings, analyst calls, earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.
Work closely with the Finance and Leadership teams to analyze financial performance and key business metrics.
Lead preparation and communication of quarterly and annual financial results to investors and analysts.
Track market trends, healthcare diagnostics industry updates, and peer company performance.
Monitor analyst reports, investor sentiment, and market perception of the company.
Provide strategic insights and investor feedback to the Managing Director and leadership team.
Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements under SEBI regulations and stock exchange guidelines.
Oversee preparation of annual reports, investor decks, investor presentations, and stock exchange filings.
Represent the organization in investor interactions and strengthen investor confidence in the company.
