About the role
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Building the Arrowhead Brand:
- Own category positioning, messaging, website, social presence, customer stories, product marketing, and sales collateral.
- The bar is simple: everything we put out should feel like it comes from a company defining its category.
Building the Founder Brand:
- Turn founder expertise into a distribution engine.
- You'll build systems that consistently translate founder insights into content, thought leadership, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and industry conversations.
Running the Organic Engine:
- Own content, SEO, social, PR, analyst relations, partnerships, and organic ABM.
- Success will be measured through share of voice, inbound pipeline, and category authority.
Running the Growth Engine:
- Own paid campaigns, account-based marketing, executive events, roundtables, and strategic partnerships.
- You'll decide where the budget goes and be accountable for business outcomes, not channel metrics.
Requirements:
- Marketing Generalist. 4-8 years of experience across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, PR, events, and growth.
- Pipeline Accountable. Has owned pipeline, sourced revenue, influenced revenue, or share-of-voice targets.
- Builder. Has built functions, systems, or growth engines from scratch in a startup environment.
- Organic First. Understands how to build audience, category presence, and inbound demand without relying heavily on paid spend.
- AI Native. Uses AI extensively in day-to-day workflows and team operations.
- Strong Writer. Can craft narratives, founder content, and thought leadership without depending on agencies.
- Team Builder. Has hired and led high-performing marketing teams.
- Bias for Action. Moves fast, ships consistently, and operates with ownership.
