Location: Mumbai | Reports to: CEO

•Own end-to-end operations;
deliver against SLAs, budgets, and targets.
•Build and run the operations
structure and governance model.
•Standardize processes; lead Six
Sigma projects to cut defects, rework, and turnaround time.
•Embed Agile ways of working
across operational and cross-functional teams.
•Set KPIs and dashboards; run
performance reviews with department heads.
•Manage risk, compliance, and
business continuity.
•Control the operations budget
and vendors.
•Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
•[10-15] years in operations,
including [3-5] in senior leadership.
