Opening for one of the reputed FMCG company for the position of HEad of Operations - Kollam
Duties & Responsibilities 1. Develops and outlines short, medium- and long-term strategies for all supply/manufacturing units of WICC and plan for sustainable and profitable growth. 2. Increase throughput and achieve shipments targets maintaining quality and GMP standards. 3. Estimate, manage and reduce production costs and wastages, spillages etc. 4. Align operations with business goals and build capacity for the future. 5. Directs the development of a capacity and plan to meet the targeted growth of the respective business units. 6. Liaises with peers in other related functions to ensure effective deployment of Operations strengths, capabilities and resources to fulfil the Business Unit objectives. 7. Ensure compliances to applicable statutory and customer requirements. 8. Build positive employee relationships. Monitors the KPIs and provides inputs to ensure continuous improvements.
