About the Role:
· Great people management skills, Hands-on operation experience, Must be from QSR chains
· As Operations head, you will be responsible for overall P&L, Expansion and Efficient operation of the business and will report to the CEO.
· Identify opportunities for growth in every region, plan marketing activities and achieve the P&L objectives.
· Design and execute SOP's to improve operation efficiency and customer service levels.
· Identify new markets for Expansion.
· Analyse market trends, competition and provide regular inputs to the management on product, price, promotion & services.
· Possess a cross-functional approach and define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster
· Identify, communicate and work towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost &Time management effectively.
· Ability to productively collaborate with multiple internal & external stakeholders through solid project management and communication •
· Data-driven decision-making mentality and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset
