Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Develop Training plan, Training Manual and Shop Floor SOPs for the organization aligning the vision and business needs. Training Plan Document Prepare annual training budget and ensuring that the training expenses are monitored regularly. AOP vs Actual Formulate & execute the annual and monthly training calendar. Training Calendar Document Identify skill gap areas and develop comprehensive course curriculum designed to nurture growth and address deficiencies. Course Curriculum developed Provides all new employees with a comprehensive induction program to enable them to be business orientated and efficiently be productive. No. of Induction Programs delivered Facilitating mandatory training like V&B, POSH, COBCE, Fire Safety and First Aid etc. No. Trainings organized Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching. No. of training modules designed and Deliver & facilitate training sessions on In-store fundamentals, Merchandising, delivered Cashiering, Retail Selling Skills and Customer Service Excellence thereby enhancing capability of sales staff at key Categories. Facilitate Brand owner trainings for BA’s and generic staff in conjunction with the Category team. No. of Brand Trainings organized 2 Conduct periodic Training Audits at the shop floor to ensure high level of service standards. No. of Training Audits Completed Conduct Train the trainer certification workshop for Team Leads. No. of in-house Trainers developed Partnering with key stakeholders to drive training initiatives. No. of meetings done with stakeholder Provide structured feedback to the program participants and management. Feedback Report Analysis Liaise with external training institutions to drive functional and leadership training. No. of Functional & Leadership Trainings organised Assisting the HR team in regular Employee Engagement Activities on the shop floor. No. of events organized Creating awareness and assisting in CSR Activities. No. of CSR Initiatives undertaken Prepare Training MIS for all business reviews. Timely report generation 3. INTERACTIONS External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - Interact with Brand Owners to create training needs to sync with organizational goals. - Interact with Category & Operations team to develop training programs. - Engage with external professional trainers or agencies on a need basis for specialized training needs. - Coordinate with the HR and other teams for engagement & execution. 4. Other Dimensions 5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications MBA in Marketing or Retail Management from reputed institute. Relevant and total years of Experience 10+ years experience as Retail Trainer in Duty Free / Retail environment Should have ability to implement training schedules and programs for teams of 50+ personnel per session. Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail Proven ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels Shows drive, stamina, and the capacity to work hard Customer service focused Retail/ Hospitality Acumen Good work ethics and Coaching Skills Ability to measure performance Experience with building and developing teams Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as neede
