• Minimum 5–10 years experience in Heidelberg offset printing
• Must have hands-on experience in:
  • Heidelberg CX 104 / XL 105 / CD 102
  • 7 Color + Coater / UV Machines
  • UV printing and coating applications
  • Carton / packaging printing preferred

Experience in operating latest Heidelberg Speedmaster CX 104 UV press with:

• UV curing systems
• Inline coating unit
• Prinect Press Center XL 3
• Intellistart / automation systems
• Color control and registration systems
• High-speed production handling

• Full operation of Heidelberg CX 104 – 7 Color UV press
• Achieve accurate color matching and registration
• Handle UV inks, coatings, varnishes, and specialty jobs
• Reduce wastage during make-ready and production
• Maintain production targets and print quality standards
• Handle board, paper, metpet, and packaging substrates
• Monitor UV lamp settings and drying performance
• Coordinate with prepress, QC, and production teams
• Maintain machine cleanliness and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot printing issues independently
• Ensure smooth shift operation with minimum downtime

• Strong color sense and print quality knowledge
• Knowledge of UV printing process
• Ability to handle premium packaging jobs
• Understanding of coating, foiling-compatible printing, and special effects
• Familiarity with automation and Prinect systems preferred
• Leadership capability to manage helpers and assistants
