About the role
- Assist engineers, supervisors, and technicians in daily plant operations across various chemical processing units.
- Support machine operators during production runs.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Handle packaging, labeling, and stacking of chemical products as per standard procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned work areas.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Report equipment issues or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- May require working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Role demands good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
