About the role
Role: Press tools & High Speed Tools Tool Maintenance Engineer for stamping unit. Must be from Tool & Die Maker or Be in Mechanical.
Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Maker,
Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
Skills required:
Ø Good knowledge on stamping / tool development / qualification of sheet metal parts.
Ø Document control activities.
Ø Proficient in MS Office.
Ø Effective interaction with other departments/suppliers.
Ø Willingness to learn new methods and systems.
Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ø Sound judgment and decision making.
Job Responsibilities: -
Ø AutoCAD to analyze existing tooling designs and improve on Press tools & High Speed Tools.
Ø Support and technical suggestions to the team for the Break Down & preventive maintenance.
Ø Giving the proper technical suggestion to trouble shooting in production time
Ø Supporting the Production to improve the Productivity level.
Ø Maintaining the spare parts for the respected Press tools & High Speed Tools.
Ø Flow up the outsourcing job work for the press tools & High Speed tools spare.
Ø Maintaining the supplier relation for manufacturing the press tool and the spares.
Ø Modifying the tool drawing as per the customer request.
Ø Motivating the tooling team to giving the tools on proper time for fulfill the Production target.
Ø Maintaining the tool history card & related documents ..
Ø Refurbishment the press tool Periodic Maintenance
Ø Ensure the Tool design & tool manufacturing
Ø Manageing the tooling team for maintaining the 5S on tool maintenance area.
Ø Maintain the spare parts Consumption, Stock & Ordering as per requirement
