Essential Skills & Qualifications:

·      Develop and execute HIL test cases based on system/software requirements

·      Configure and maintain HIL benches - Good to have

·      Create test plans, test procedures, test reports, and traceability (requirements ↔ test cases ↔ results).

·      Perform test automation (regression, nightly runs), including scripting and test framework integration.

·      Implement and run fault injection scenarios (sensor faults, bus faults, power faults, timing faults).

·      Debug failures using CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet traces, ECU logs, and measurements (signals, timing).

·      Coordinate with system, software, and calibration teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects.

·      Support integration testing, release sign-off, and continuous improvement of test coverage and quality.

·      Ensure compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity validation needs where applicable (ISO 26262 awareness is a plus)
