Customer Support - Hindi
Location: Padivattom, Edappally
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking/BPO/Customer support. (Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Hindi & English)
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Salary:Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.
- Working Days: 5 days a week
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Hindi to handle customer interactions and provide excellent support services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Provide customer support in Hindi and English
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow company processes and maintain professionalism in all communications
