Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee database management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in employee engagement and smooth execution of HR processes.
RequirementsCandidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be from Karnataka only.
