Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Process Draughtsman with a Mechanical Engineering background and experience in preparing and modifying engineering drawings for industrial gas plants, oil & gas, petrochemical and process plant projects.
Prepare, develop and modify Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
Create and update engineering drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
Incorporate engineering changes and maintain drawing revisions.
Work on engineering design software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, COMOS or SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID).
Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical and Instrumentation teams.
Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain proper document control.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience in process drafting / engineering design preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of P&IDs, PFDs and engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, COMOS or SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) preferred.
Experience in Industrial Gases, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or EPC projects preferred.
